临崖勒马 (Lín Yá Lè Mǎ), same as before ’Rein in the Horse’…

犀牛望月 (Xī Niú Wàng Yuè), ’Rhinoceros Gazes at the Moon’ or ’Rhino’s Moonward Gaze’. It is a prolonged ’gaze’, isn’t it? If quick/swift, glance is better.

天官指星 (Tiān Guān Zhǐ Xīng), the literal translation is a bit stiff I think ‘Celestial Official Points at the Star’. I prefer your ’fairy’-translation. I guess it could also be ’immortal’ instead of fairy. Which ever you prefer.

Key takeaways from today: I keep going into  something of a 弓步 (Gōng Bù), when I should be in a more backward stance, over and over…

I’ll need to pay more attention to (and remember) the Chinese names of the movements, let’s see how that (and the Shanghainese) will go.

谢谢教练，也感谢团队今天的训练。各位女士真的很友好，也帮了我很多忙。很抱歉我没能把所有动作都做对，希望到周二早上能把动作顺序理顺。咱们届时8点见。视频还是很有用的，因为我能清楚看到自己犯的一些错误（以及正确的做法）。

临崖勒马（Lín Yá Lè Mǎ），和之前一样是“勒住马匹”的意思…… 

犀牛望月（Xī Niú Wàng Yuè），直译是“犀牛凝视月亮”或者“犀牛向月的凝视”。这里强调的是长久的“凝视”，对吗？如果是快速的动作，用“瞥”会更合适。

天官指星（Tiān Guān Zhǐ Xīng），我觉得直译“天官指着星星”有点生硬。我更喜欢你用“fairy”的译法，我猜用“immortal”代替“fairy”也可以，你觉得哪个合适就用哪个。

今天的主要收获：我总是不自觉做成弓步（Gōng Bù），但其实应该更多保持向后的 stance，这个问题反复出现…… 我得更注意（并记住）动作的中文名称，看看这（和上海话叫法）会进展如何。
